Dear AquaLiv Customers:


Many of you have reached out to ensure we are still shipping orders during these unprecedented times. We have been assured by FedEx that our daily pickup will continue. All orders placed at aqualiv.com will be shipped same or next business day. Any changes in our status will be posted to this page.


We have approximately 45 days of inventory which will allow us to weather minor supply chain disruptions. However, we have seen an uptick in orders consisting of multiple filter sets. At this time, please order no more than one filter set per household to ensure everyone has access to clean, safe water. Thank you for understanding.


We don't know many of you personally (many we do!) but believe me when I say you are all family. We see your filter orders come in year after year and many of you have been with us since we first started in 2007. The familiar names we see each day when fulfilling orders always puts a smile on our faces. We continue to be amazed and inspired by the kind words you leave for us in reviews.


All of us at AquaLiv wish health and safety for you and your family. Please take precautions in case the situation worsens but never lose the generosity that makes us human. This storm will pass as they all do.
